The reasons why we must be able to be happy with our life is to have a good mental health. When we have a good mental health, others we see us and see the spirit in ourselves, they will be motivated to live that way too, as a positive example for them. For example, we can see it in the area of sports. We usually received answers by good athletes that they actually don't care if they are playing for a minor league team or a major league team, it is their own self-interest that fully out to play. These kind of self-motivator are rare, but worth it..At the end of the day, we are trying to do our best for our full inspiration to challenge ourselves to be better, not just wanna take for granted on the position that we have or wanna have in the future.
So, each time you feel stressed when someone look down on you of something or some situation that you cannot avoid, just take a deep breathe and say this to yourself, It would be worth it if you try instead of not doing anything and just accepting, struggling with the stressful emotions that you had, Try this :)
Say this to yourself : " I like what I do, I like the confidence that I put when I am doing it. I can now do this throughout my day. When I am experiencing negative thoughts about my day and my life, I know it's the time to take a break and refresh myself. It's time to call a time-out, close my eyes and relax into my purpose and my mission in life. It's the time to slow down a little bit and breathe into it. I realized that I take a lot of breaks like that during my bad day, and it kind of making me feel better. Allah is with me, everything I do is ME, I will be stronger and more energetic than ever before !"
Never let the negativity ruins our life, okay?Because to decide to be at the level of choice, is to take responsibility for your life and to be in control of your life :)
