have the attitude
of being kind to your mind and letting go off the harsh inner critic. You will
be able to value and trust your abilities, build resilience and can start
giving yourself a mental hugs. Even your choices and decisions will change
profoundly.
This is one simple
first step that we should put in our life to be a better person. In our
everyday life, it is difficult for us to make other people, those negative
people from keep saying bad to us. BUT, it is within our authority to control
what we feel and think in our mind and heart.

So, step 1, keep our
mind clear and push away all the negativity that might trying to distract us.
When anything happened or trying to block our way in the journey of going for
our success, just avoid or face them and then clear them all from heart. Be kind
to yourself, because if not, whoever would do that right?.
I had experienced
the events where some other people keep distracting our way to do better, to be
a better one in striving our path, but it was my mistake that I had gave up too
soon without chase away that negativity from that situation. Somehow, it just
then when I found the blessing. My blessing that Im not supposed to let the
negativity keep growing.
So, now, Im gonna be
better and never let anything break my spirit. You should do that for sure :)
Give yourself, and learn to always give yourself that self-approval. We need to
have our own self-confidence so that other too can put their confidence in us
