3. IDENTIFY WHAT YOU WANNA BECOME

Start by setting your goal, what do you want to be. You want to be an amazing person, a hardworking and respected worker. You want to be an ambitious person, who personality being inspired by others, but at the same time, be a humble one. You want to be a gorgeous mum who able to be productive in her daily life, doing all the chores with her big awesome heart just for the family. You want to be a man with good personality, who has the charisma of being a gentleman and dependable by his loved one. 

Anything we want to be must be aimed with goals. Without goals, we never will be able to achieve anything. So, start listing what you want to be in your life. Every night, look at the list and motivate yourself to be a better one in order to achieve the listed qualities. 

Although not all of them would be suffice for you to achieve in one week, but, you can start with one week for each targetted-aim-to-be 'New You' maybe? :)
